I play in overseas servers all the time and beat people with a 2 digit ping & barley notice any lag ...

multiplayer in crysis warhead kicks ass, but multiplayer in regular crysis sucks ass (it was good back in the day but after u play crysis warhead multiplayer and see how they fixed everything that was wrong with original crysis multiplayer, you never wanna mess with original crysis multiplayer ever ...

i haven't really noticed any problems and i can see people fine and i run the game maxed out but i guess if i had a shitty PC i would be worried... but i also haven't played the game enough to notice such problems cause i cant stand playing the game more than 5 minutes at a time
