Just got back from the gym and the camera was on the counter.

This is me in a "compression shirt" my wife got me. Being back in the gym again has been a blast. No more powerlifting, I am just enjoying the ride.

If fact, I enjoy taking my wife's yoga class at 6 AM. Wednesday's class consist of a couple ex-NFL linebackers, a former Olympic track star from Antigua, a DEA agent, and a bunch of other older practioners. My wife has been teaching for over a decade but I took my first class a couple of months ago.

I just ordered my own mats and blocks. SWEET!!!

They used to call me Kingpin....see image below. LOL
