UT32K4 Thursday Nights 7PM Pacific

What do you guys think about a TDM PUG? I've been playing a bit since Bean and Mud brought the server up again and it's been a blast. People will usually jump in pretty quick if anyone is on. DM is definitely my preferred gametype, even with all the work I put into VCTF. You really need a decent number of people to make VCTF work.

Question... which vent would we use? Also, who else would play? Mud and Badasp both seem to be down as well.

I'll reinstall this for sure. Other than Patch 2.1 and the Titan Pack, is anything else needed? Do I have to install any patches prior to 2.1 or does 2.1 contain everything I need (sans Titan)?

As far as Vent goes, LOL. The only two running as of now are the {DOG} and Meh ones. Perhaps bad feelings should be tossed aside and we use the Meh one. This community is much too small to be as divided as it is and perhaps this will be a good oppurtunity for a fresh start.

Yeah. I was thinking of throwing together a map pack as well, so people wouldn't have to wait for downloads and less strain would be put on the redirect.

While I appreciate the sentiment I'm concerned a fun game could be spoiled by spoilers finding out we're on and spoiling things. I don't really care which vent we use, fuck I supposedly named the {DOG} one

I will hit land tomorrow afternoon, unfortunately it is my day to have duty and my turrn to have the 0200-0700 watch. I have a dental appointment thursday afternoon, and I intend to play up the fact that we have been gone combined with day after duty combined with the late watch so that I dont have to go back to work after my appointment. So hopefully I will get home early, get a little time in playing Dragon Age, Spend some time with the wife when she gets home, and be able to hop on to play some UT3 with everyone later on. I have this entire weekend off as well as the following 4 day weekend(Thursday through Sunday) for Thanksgiving, so I should be around quite a bit, and my Carball Active Realtime Bulletin Alert Locating Line enabled and at full capacity.

UT3 is stupid! Only cause it wont support my joystick..
So shove it!!!!
And, I dont have the mouse I used to with
four buttons. That I had alt fire and fire on.

I was trying to re trian myself to use the mouse in that stupid game!
It annoys me to no end!
Every other ut before it suppoted joysticks. I know, I know,
you can get a patch etc do w/e get it to work which Ghosted did.
He went out and bought one and tried to help me with one(thank you ghosty).
His worked, mine didnt!
You can see where my frustration stems from lol!~

They seem like they are going backwards in time not allowing joysticks. Joysticks are awesome to manuever with.
I dont see how you guys use keys? They suck, and, are slow, and in my opinion are sooo yesterday!!!!~ I get so much more range and motion with it.
Flight simulators, big huge ships, use joysticks.
Get with the program people lol!~

Yeah, I really did try. Not sure why yours didn't work... Maybe I can bring my joystick up and you can play with that
