good map in all, just seems a little laggy

my fps drops bad on this map

It is not so much as huge but very intricate. Perhaps thats where the lag comes in. I like it over all.

Yeah frames are bad for me too. And I have a Quad Core Extreme 3.00 GHZ processor, 4 gigs of DDR3 memory, 4870 1 GB card, velociraptor drive, high-end mobo, and the list goes on and on. There are certain areas of the map where frames drop quite a bit, such as around the mid. Overall, the textures are refreshing and unique but methinks they are leadng to the lag.

Looking at this map, im willing o bet its almost all bsp...which is probably whats causing the lag.
Try converting some to static meshes, especially any redundancies.
