The guy who made this vid wasn't happy... I am. Use a sniper rifle for what it's supposed to be used for. Quick Scope = Tard.

From what I read, the issue wasn't so much on the PC but the console. The autoaim made it really easy to do it; just point the crosshair in general direction of target, click, and the shot would register. It's nice to see the devs make an effort to take a lot of the cheap things out of the game.
