This program allows you to modify BF4 a bit more than with the normal settings.

Example:

"I turned the shadowmap down from 1024 to 4 and there is virtually no image degradation and I gained like 15 fps at least. My mouse input stutter is completely gone. There is a youtube video of the guy explaining optimal settings, but I can't find it."
