How to Apply to join CTC

Hey Guy's:
Just wanted to know if I could join the clan I play on Hog Server most of the time
The Last time i was in a clan was years ago when the first UT came out it was a mix clan from peeps all over the world, don't remember the clan name but was good times. Ive been playing so much UT lately thought maybe joining up with a clan again. I do have a MIC just not hooked up yet. Most of the time I allways used Teamspeak and I also have X-Fire now too.
